PCU Mbuya Bible School - Page 3

Mbuya Bible School is owned by Pentecostal Churches of Uganda and was started in 1992. The building was set up by Steelmasters and on good foundation and with solid walls. The best materials were used and with rooms adapted to the need at that time. Since its beginning there has been need for expansions and additional structures have come up. The school is located 7 km outside Kampala city center.

These are some of the staff of the bible school. From left, Janet Sunde, Juliet Gaga, Livingstone Wanyama and Oluka Constance. Livingstone Wanyama has been working as a gardener, Juliet Gaga is the matron of the school and Janet and Oluka are cooking the food for the students. There are other staff members working with the administration who are not seen on this picture. The bible school has a secretary as well.

Here we see former students of one of the classes of Mbuya Bible School. Since they graduated from the school they have become men and women of God doing the ministry under the influence of the Holy Spirit and the word of God. Hundreds of souls have come to Christ through their ministries and new churches have been established. Mbuya Bible School will continue to be a blessing.

This is the current principal of Mbuya Bible School, Rev. Hannu Happonen, with his wife Milla and their three children. Happonens are Finns but are Canadian citizens.
